Exchanges
 
Members can deposit their week(s) as late as 6 weeks before the occupancy date.
However, we recommend that Members deposit them as early as possible, either
by telephone or by post using our Deposit Form.
Members never lose their week(s), because Members' deposited weeks
can stay in our bank to exchange for as long as they remain Members.
Once a Member has deposited a week, they can request a search
for a suitable exchange, and will be contacted as soon as the suitable
week becomes available. This service works more effectively when
Members deposit and request early.
When Members accept a week for exchange, and where there is no
upgrade involved, the exchange fee is only £75, payable at the
time the exchange is accepted by the Member.
Members can upgrade their exchange into a higher time band or
sleeping capacity than the week that they have deposited. An upgrade
fee of £150 (inclusive of the £75 exchange fee) is payable at the
time the exchange is accepted by the Member.
There is no charge for guest certificates. This allows the Members'
family and friends to use their week without incurring any extra
costs.
If for any reason whatsoever a Member cancels their exchange transaction
the exchange fee is not refundable, but the Member does not lose
the week deposited.
